Real Steel was strong at the box office!
Hugh Jackman's science fiction action flick topped the box office this weekend. Real Steel earned $56.6 million domestically and $23.3 million internationally in its second weekend, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The remake of Footloose came in second, earning $16.1 million in its opening weekend. According to the Hollywood Reporter, 75 percent of the audience for Julianne Hough and Kenny Wormald's flick was female.

The Thing opened in the number three spot with $8.7 million, while George Clooney and Ryan Gosling's The Ides of March came in fourth with $7.5 million.
